Arjan is specialized in designing and delivering the right customer experiences to drive tangible results. He is a strong believer in creating the right memorable branded customer experiences is the key to business performances. Arjan brings proven best-practice in customer service, one-to-one marketing and CRM strategies. In the second half of the 90’s and in the 00’s he worked for Mercedes-Benz and Royal Philips.
Since 2011 he has worked on different consultancy and interim-management programs for large enterprises, higher education institutes and new venture/scale up initiatives. Arjan holds a Master degree in Economics from Maastricht University in the Netherlands, did his apprenticeship at the Center for Customer-Driven Quality at Purdue University, USA, was member of the jury of the Dutch Customer Service Award 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 and is a regular speaker at events and conferences.
