Arjan is specialized in designing and delivering the right student experiences to drive tangible results. He is a strong believer in creating the right memorable branded student experiences is the key to successful recruitment, enrollment and student success performances. Arjan brings proven best-practice in customer service, one-to-one marketing and CRM strategies. In the second half of the 90’s and in the 00’s he worked for Mercedes-Benz and Royal Philips.
Since 2011 he has worked on different consultancy and interim-management programs for educational institutes. Arjan holds a Master degree in Economics from Maastricht University in the Netherlands, did his apprenticeship at the Center for Customer-Driven Quality at Purdue University, USA, was member of the jury of the Dutch Customer Service Award 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 and is a regular speaker at events and conferences for higher education.
Boudewijn has more than a decade of experience with policy making and project management in the public sector, especially in higher education and health care. Innovative projects aimed at creating better services and increasing efficiency with a strong focus on the client form a central part in his work. Boudewijn holds Master’s degrees from University of Edinburgh and Utrecht University in respectively Comparative Public Policy and Public Administration.
